We were having problems with a refinance because of our home being in a trust. Kim and Dawn did not hesitate to address the issue with Wells Fargo and got the issue settled in no time!!

Absolutely thrilled with Surratt Law. They were always straight forward, money conscious, and maintained an emotional detachment from the case. They didn't take it personally, which helped tremendously when advising me on matters from a practical perspective. The divorce was hard enough. Having Surratt Law on my side kept me on track, honest with myself, and made me feel like I wasn't doing it alone.

I only have one word to describe Kim Surratt and how she handled my case, AWESOME! She is a total professional. After talking to many attorneys and hearing all the great things they had to say about Kim, as well as seeing firsthand how she prepared for trial against one of the so called top attorneys in Reno. She proved to me without a doubt(like all the others had said) that she is the best one around. I can't thank her enough.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
