My original character count was 3,775, but I am limited here to 500; therefore, this is a brief but woefully lacking in detail and nothing more than basic bullet points.
Cost of Repair Report was never issued without specific requests.
Water meter and its associated line was never inspected.
Their experts missed a critical "union" connection at the water heater.
Crucial pictures of roofing withheld until asked for several times.
$1,965,000 was settlement: legal and expert witness fees=46%.

Hired Law Firm

Not worth any of the hassle. They schedule appointments and then say oh well if anyone is late or doesn’t show up. Not a place I’d want representing me again. Over a year after we engaged with them, and all we have is some half done repairs.

Hired Attorney Joseph E. Bleeker

Very aggressive toward clients, does not have an ounce of empathy, should not be representing clients with his major attitude problem. I think he needs to find a new profession, perhaps a DMV worker would suit his attitude more.

Brad, I’d find a different firm. Yall need to figure out how to treat clients with respect and dignity, especially if you are dealing with someone’s home. I don’t care if you are having a bad day, every client should be spoken to with respect and dignity

Hired Law Firm

Very horrible experience with this law firm after 1 year and 6 moths, I wanting to find out more detail information about out case, I treated unprofessionally by atty Joseph, Mellissa, and their Office manager Anne got upset towards me and all of sudden without a reasonable cause they send me a letter saying they will not represent me anylonger with my case, without stating reason why, this is unethical what they did, I will let the whole world know to stay away from this law office,
