I hired John's company Disability Action Advocates. I received no person attention from the office or Eric my advocate and many mistakes were made at my first hearing. I contacted the office the next morning and had to leave messages. When I receive a call back from the office I was told by Joy, that Yes! my SS Disability had been approved! I was more than confused when SS denied my benefits. After that John worked with me directly but was unsuccessful. I think he should be accountable.
