Brittany Cooper Law, PLLC is a law firm with an office in Reno, NV. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer.
I first have to start with my story. After almost 16 years of marriage I went through a horrible divorce with two teenagers from 2016-2019. I lost everything due to incompetent lawyers. I worked part time and part time stay at home parent to raise our kids. I walked away with no child support, no alimony and I took all the debt. When I came to settle retirement NV PERS once again I was let down by my lawyer in 2019 and he picked for me, nothing I could do and the judge once again sided with my ex. Fast forward to 2024 it’s time for my ex to retire but refuses, as you can tell by now a very controlling person. Brittany was referred to me by the QDRO person. She took on a mess of a case like it was her own from the beginning. Brittany and her team began working right away and stayed in contact with me the entire time. She also checked on me and my kids constantly throughout the case and afterwards. Not only did I win the case but I won the care of the BEST lawyer in NV! FOREVER GREATFUL
Brittany jumped into my case after I had a prior attorney for over a year. She got up to speed quicker than I could have imagined and ended up making my case run much smoother than it had gone for over a year prior. She was very honest with what my expectations should be and got my case resolved quickly and with a much better outcome than my previous attorney told me I should ever have expected. She not only went to bat for me, but also became a “friend” because she was always listening to me and talking me through things and made me feel so much better. I recently send my friend to her and he has thanked me numerous times.
Currently in case, subject to change. Would not recommend at this time. .
Brittany Cooper's professional reputation has been questioned, with most perceiving her work as lacking in quality and effectiveness. Brittany Cooper has no credibility and standing with judges. You might consider alternative legal representation, as her commitment to casework has been criticized. Additionally, there have been remarks about her office environment, which some clients find unprofessional. (Wine in her hand and wine bottles everywhere.)
If you want an attorney who hands away custody before seeing a judge, all while losing your business and going into bankruptcy, losing all you're assets and owe/waste over 100k because of their incompetence and inexperience. Then Brittany Cooper and Erin Andler are right for you. These two are an absolute disgrace to their industry and community.
