Mr. Greenberg answered all of my questions and he gave me additional information. He answered all of my calls, and he was quick to respond when I left him voicemail messages.
My experience with Mr Greenberg was poor to say at least. I paid his full fee and found him unreliable, arrogant bordering unprofessional. I chose him based on the reviews but he turns out the opposite. My case was very standard unfortunately was characterized by very poor communication and lack of attention and follow up. In fact, he dumped decision guidance to a sales person he recommended to me. I try to be kind and patient person, I give the benefit of the doubt knowing people are busy. I don't call and bother. However, he did not care to even call me with my result or case review in court and DMV. I found it by court sending me a letter. That's the reason why I hired him at the first place. His behavior was impatient, arrogant, lacking attention to detail. I am not sure how much he even care to remember of my case. He is very charming at first occasion, then things changed. I truly do not want other people have my experience. Please chose wiser than me.
