  Representative Matters: Represented an online retail shoe company
  its principals against a former employee's claims of misclassification, nonpayment of wages, overtime, waiting time penalties,
  additional violations of the labor code in mediation, obtaining a global settlement for which the client paid no damages.
  Won summary judgment dismissing half of the plaintiff's claims on behalf of a large corporate affordable housing client
  one of its management employees in an employment litigation matter alleging gender-based discrimination, harassment,
  retaliation in violation of the Fair Employment
  Housing Act, as well as violation of the California Family Rights Act. The plaintiff dismissed the remaining causes of action on the eve of trial.
  Negotiated a pre-litigation, negligible settlement on the defendant's behalf after the client, a provider of fire prevention services to large corporate entities, was accused of wrongful termination, employee misclassification, wage
  hour violations,
  retaliatory firing of an employee. The plaintiff originally sought damages in the six figures.
  Represented the seller in navigating, negotiating terms,
  finalizing all agreements related to the purchase
  sale of a $12 million multifamily dwelling.
  Obtained a dismissal of all charges with prejudice for our client, a commercial property owner in a multi-party premises liability matter, in exchange for a waiver of costs. We then successfully pursued the co-defendants
  resolved our cross-complaint against them.
