The judgment creditor was seeking to collect a judgment entered against an insured general contractor requiring payment of nearly $1.8 million due to construction delays

  retailer of fast fashion clothing.
  Negotiated a favorable settlement for an insurer in a direct action removed to federal court to recover default judgment entered against a permissive user of an insured vehicle in California. The vehicle was listed in a personal auto policy issued in Nevada, sold in Nevada to a California resident, but released to a permissive user for delivery in California. The permissive user caused an accident in California, fled from the scene,
  did not respond to the underlying complaint.
  Represented an insurer in an appraisal before a panel of three appraisers conducted in the manner of a formal evidentiary hearing with testimony from the insureds
  experts. The insureds submitted a repair cost estimate in excess of $2 million. The panel issued an award of $233,000.
