Hired Attorney James Polyak

Attorney Polyak helped my son during a very difficult time. My son was facing jail time and a felony record. At our first meeting Attorney Polyak explained the good and the bad and told us his thoughts on winning the case. We went to court 6 times and the case was dismissed. The sense of relief we had that day can not be described. We will forever be grateful for the outcome and how he treated us with dignity and compassion. He is a professional and an excellent lawyer.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
