Hired Attorney Kurt Geishauser

Mr. Geishauser gets the job done, and gets it done right. He tells you up front what's going to happen and is honest. He charges reasonable rates and doesn't vary from them. He doesn't try to get more money even when he has to do more work.

Hired Attorney Kurt Geishauser

Kurt is a nice Guy. He is not very good explaining the intricacy of the judicial system. He assumes knowledge from the client. I think his weakness is that he does not engage and explain or support his client.

I forget how I found him, but Kurt took on my PFA case. Poor communication and then didn’t even show up for the hearing. My PFA was then not extended. Thanks, Kurt!

Hired Attorney Kurt Geishauser

One of the worst attorneys ever. I gave him money to fight my case and he didn't do jack squat. He shows up late to the courthouse and he doesn't even communicate with his clients. You would either have to catch him in his office of after your court appearance. I had a criminal court case that's been going on for three years and he didn't file a single motion on my behalf. This guy deserves to lose his license to practice law. Hire a Philly lawyer.

Unresponsive, bad attitude, expensive, and in my opinion, she did a very poor job. I dropped her for another attorney.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
