Leave a review about your experience with this firm.Mr.Moss it seems is knowledgable however his kindness in a case now looks to be used to him look a fool. Assuming he was paid to write a letter telling me I am blocking access to a neighbor’s home which is the same road I must also have access to ingress and egress as it is the only way to get within reasonable walking distance to my property easement rights are not in the deed, as he apparently looked up in county records, however, he isn’t able to recognize a fraudulent complaint from reality , easement laws are not required to be in writing if the property being used to drive my own is an ingress that has been there longer than 10 years and we used this access road across that property over 10 years….prescriptive easement , easement of necessity, and maybe others apply and he never once looked to see. Only sent a threatening letter to us. He will soon see when laughed out of court that he is being used at best. Or at worst he is simply sending threats…I lost all trust now
