Hired Attorney Mr. Ray Floersheim

Ray A Floersheim Violates your 6th Amendment of ineffective assistance of counsel (a legal term for when a criminal defendant's lawyer's performance is below the expected standard of professionalism and competence). Ray denied me my discovery, a speedy trial process, and a jury trial he assisted the 8th district attorneys office in prosecuting me on a misdemeanor, resulting in 600 days of incarceration. Ray didn't even show up to my bench trial that him and unhonorable Union County Magistrate judge Tim Hodo held illegally. Every aspect of his law firm representing my case was a conflict of interest. I advised Ray to get off my case, and he refused so he could continue violating my Constitution. Don't even bother calling this clown he's only on one side that's always against you. Definition of corrupt. If I could give him zero stars I would.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
