If you want someone who does not respond, forgets or misinterprets things during hearings and fails to keep you up to date with court dates this is your guy. He will drop you the second you make a mistake and he will expect you to prepare your own material. Aggression is not a strong suit. He will not fight for you when the chips are down he will drop you and protect himself. He does not care about you or your endangered child. If you need someone to fight for you choose anyone else.
Mr. Nelson is unethical and violated the Professional Code of Conduct numerous times throughout the divorce case. He discriminated against my mental illness, was extremely rude, overly aggressive, failed to submit all of my financial information to the court and missed the deadline date to file the most crucial documents of my case that finalized my divorce, the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and Division of Property. He is unprofessional and narcissistic, I do not recommend anyone use his services if looking for any type of legal representation.
He does not respond back in any great time as he specifies that he will. The girl answering the phone never knows what is going on. I would not refer him to anybody.
