If I could give this firm zero stars I would. Reiko Hicks is the least professional lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. I constantly followed up with her via email and she never took the time to respond to me. The only way I would get a semi decent update would be though her paralegal. The girls at the front desk are a God send. They do their best to provide the best customer service but without them Reiko’s office would be an utter failure. I’m extremely disappointed in her services and will never be utilizing them again.
Reiko Hicks is a disgrace to a lawyer Reiko Hicks surposely had writen a trust and will for my my farther was marrie to her aunty we went probate court Reiko Hicks was found indue influence by the court Reiko Hicks was name the trustee the court impose a constructive Rekio Hicks had all my farther property in her procession my farther owen all his property before he enter into the last marrage my farther was marrie to my mother for forty three year my mother die before my farther i am my farther only son my farther had a lawnmower shop for 40 year plus Reiko Hicks after the courts ruleing never return my farther property she close down my farther lawnmower shop sold the building it was worth about 9000000 she never gave his kids nothing of there farther belonging not even a pair of dirty soak we alway been in my farther life for someone to do something that cruel to a family and walk arround like they did no wrong everytime i call trying talk with her she refuses to get on the pho
We had a phone appointment scheduled for 7/3 at 11 am. She did not honor it. She did not respond to voice mail or email. 4 hours after she was supposed to call (provide services), I finally got through via phone, and spoke to her. She was rude, she lied by insisting she called me but she did not! She cannot provide any evidence that she did. She then put me on hold, stated she would verify my phone number, after waiting over 10 minutes, I just hung up. Unprofessional, dishonest, and very rude!
