Hired Attorney

I called for a refund. I worked with this firm last year to help with my 78 year old mother’s home and her title issue was never resolved. Billy Braziel was my lawyer. I don’t recommend him or this firm for this type of work. I planned to purchase my Moms house so she can quit working. Billy alluded to her being forgetful a few times however this was a very confusing situation for her. He was asking her recall information from 20-30 years ago so of course she’s going to have problems recollecting all of that. I paid an initial fee he did send letters out but I was never given any future plan to resolve the issues with her mortgage. He was concerned that I could afford the service even after me explaining my plan to buy her house. I had some things happen in my personal life and missed his last email. When I did follow up months later his words were “I’m not able to find a resolution and I’m closing the case”. I have the emails. I’m out $2500.
