A lifelong North Carolinian, Phillip attended North Carolina State University and earned a B.S. degree in Business Management, with a concentration in Finance. His financial expertise was an asset in handling sophisticated white collar crime involving complex multifaceted financial issues. These skills have served him well with complex financial court cases, especially if you are in a divorce that requires an insightful understanding of equitable asset distribution.
Phillip has represented business owners in cases involving ownership of multiple businesses, franchises, and commercial real estate.

Background
After earning his undergraduate degree, Phillip attended North Carolina Central University School of Law where he served as the President of the Trial Advocacy Board. Phillip is licensed to practice in all North Carolina state courts and is a member of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Tenth Judicial District Bar, and the Wake County Bar Association.
Phillip and his wife live in Raleigh and spend their free time chasing after their two young daughters. His commitment to the community includes working as Attorney Advisor for the High School Mock Trial Program, sponsored by the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, a nonpartisan association of legal professionals dedicated to protecting people, preventing injustice and promoting fairness. Phillip and his family are members of the White Memorial Presbyterian Church in Raleigh.
