Hired Attorney Mr. Anthony Cuticchia Jr.

Mr. Cuticchia represented me as a defendant in a non-compete suit. I do not live in the state where the case was filed, but he represented me as his out-of-state client. James is an expert in North Carolina Contract and Employment law. He knew the suit brought against me had no merit and vigorously defended my employment rights. We won the case after Plaintiff dropped the suit. I wholeheartedly recommend the legal services of Mr. Cuticchia. He will vigorously defend his client's rights.

Dr. Cuticchia was fantastic helping us with our issue. As out of state claimants, working with James was extremely easy to do - he was knowledgeable, concise, and explained all of our issues to our satisfaction. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
