Leslie was very receptive to our questions and extremely informative. She offered an extensive consultation and a reasonable retainer. She worked very quickly to resolve our issue with the seller and was able to help us come to a swift completion. Leslie won my case and for that I am very glad, but she also made a particularly stressful and difficult time in my life much worse. There were a number of times where she either missed things or assumed she had told me something she hadn't and then she berated me when I didn't know what she was talking about or when I tried to clarify. So yes, she won, but it was miserable. I suppose whether or not it's worth it is up to you, she did charge a flat fee and was incredibly responsive.
