Attorney Cappiello represented me in a complex case, through jury trial, and his knowledge, preparation and dedication could not have been better. Adam is an incredibly talented attorney. What sets him apart is that he is "real". Many attorneys get caught-up in the legal jargon and technicalities of the legal process and courtroom. While Adam has mastered all of this, he pays special attention to making sure his clients understand everything that is going on. This is critical my wife and I were able to make decisions based on Adam's excellent guidance and advice. In the end, his representation of our case could not have been better.

This lawyer held my case for 2 years and 4 lawyers telling me all the time that they were working on my case (I have e-mails) At one point they said they could not handle my case because there was a MRI that was missing and it turns out that the doctor had put false information into my file. I found the false info and the lawyer re-opened but just like the other she was gone and then they tell me they cannot handle my case and Mr Meyer had no idea of what had happened with the case.

Very nice man. I was pawned off on another attorney who made assumptions, never got things right, and once my case was settled, abandoned me to have to deal with Medicare on my own for an unfounded lien against my settlement that had nothing to do with my actual injuries, despite telling me not to worry about Medicare numerous times, then claiming that I said I was going to deal with Medicare myself. Why would any client say such a thing, when the attorney fees are supposed to include that?
