Kevin Leach is an associate attorney with Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich, P.C., where he focuses on environmental law and land use matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Leach was a fellow at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority’s Wind Institute for Innovation and Training, where he gained valuable experience in renewable energy policy and innovation.
Mr. Leach earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey, where he was awarded the Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award for Excellence in Environmental Law. During law school, he was actively involved in competitive moot court, participating in the Jessup International Law Moot Court competition for two years, as well as the Hon. Leonard I. Garth Moot Court Competition. In addition, Mr. Leach interned with the Honorable Robert E. Brenner in the Ocean County Superior Court.
Before law school, Mr. Leach graduated magna cum laude from American University with a dual degree in Physics and Justice and Law. His strong scientific background complements his legal expertise, providing him with a unique perspective on complex legal issues, particularly in the areas of environmental regulation and energy law.
Mr. Leach’s passion for science, coupled with his legal training, enables him to approach legal challenges with analytical precision and a solutions-oriented mindset.
