FURTHER COMPLAINTS: Negligence Of Responsibility -Infringements In Fiduciary Agreement - Inhibition of ward's well being-Lack Of Communication and Accountability of Services/Expenses-Slander. If I was you I would spend my money on a better lawyer or something that you’ll actually get something good out of. She is not in this to actually help anyone but herself. Spend your money wisely and don’t line her pockets while you are the one who ends up in trouble. She will tell you to lie in court and on court records. Find a better lawyer and a better person. I guess if you’re guilty she will definitely have no problem lying to try to get you out of it and tell you to do the same. Low income lawyers should be all about helping people and keeping people and kids safe but that’s not what she’s here for.
She could not tell the truth, she over charges me and her typing skills are the worse I have ever seen, so many mistake, I have to give it back to her and ask her to retype, she stated her secreetary typed, however she does not have one. All of her phone calls go to her cell phone, she works from her home in a portable shed> She is also a drunk. Maybe that why she lies so much
Terrible excuse for an Attorney, whether or not a Public Defender. Ignored everything I had to say, refused to help gather evidence and then, a month before we got the evidence that I had to pay for, she told the court the case was without merit and resigned.
