Hired Law Firm

Ms Nancy and Kimberly were amazing to us from start to finish with our adoption. We spoke with two attorneys before finding Nancy and both of them wanted more than double her cost and so much more work than was needed. Hired Law Firm

•Failed to meet core GAL duties: limited contact with the children, no independent investigation, no response to major events. •Conducted only one brief call with the father; attended one hearing; refused to review evidence; ignored discrepancies; relied solely on the mother’s narrative. •Formed negative conclusions without observing the father or reviewing his documentation; accepted the mother’s claims despite contradictions and violations. •Inserted herself into a pending criminal matter potentially violating father's 5th amendment rights •Sought no reunification services, ignored emotional harm, and took no action as the mother moved repeatedly, restricted contact, and violated the decree. •Claimed “home visits” yet failed to notice cohabitation in violation of the decree. •Filed no meaningful pleadings and made no effort to protect the children’s relationship with their father. Her inaction caused instability, loss of contact, and emotional harm.
