Amanda was very professional and helpful with my VA claim that went all the way to the BVA on appeal. I was able to get a positive grant on my claim that took over 3 years to fight and now I am at the percentage I believe is right for me. I couldn't have done it without all of her valuable legal knowledge.

Attorney Mineer has been and is working on my VA disability claim and has really helped me understand the process. I am a 98 year old Navy Veteran and I have a hard time understanding all of the VA terms and ratings and she has been able to explain what the VA is looking for for each of my disabilities and what evidence I need to submit in order to show I am telling the VA the truth. I waited a long time to re-apply for benefits because back in the 1960's I was denied and I gave up until 2015 when a family member pushed me to reapply. After being granted only a very small amount because I didn't give the VA all of the proper evidence, I was referred to Amanda for help. So far she has been able to help me get an increase from the 10% the VA gave me to the 60% I am at now. Still have a couple issues that have been a little harder to find the evidence for, but she walked me through the BVA hearing and Judges questions and I feel I will get a favorable finding because of her help.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
