The Firm's attorneys appear to be very knowledgeable, resourceful and thorough. The hourly rate which eats your retainer is within the range for this geo area.

This injury was a dog bite on my 5 year old son. They handled this case (and him) very professionally and made him feel comfortable.

Things started off well until Rick Duval went missing in action for 6 weeks. Despite numerous attempts to reach him, such as daily emails and phone calls for 2 weeks straight, I was forced to retain new counsel and I am out $3,000. He did not reply until I advised them that I would be reporting them to the NYS Grievance Committee of the 9th Judicial District. They are crooks. Stay away from this firm. These other 5 star reviews with no narrative are obviously fake.

Attorney-client privilege prevents us from responding to the client’s assertions and opinions, or explaining advice provided to him. There are no “fake” reviews of our firm. If he wishes to mediate or arbitrate our fee arrangement, we will do so willingly.
