Hired Attorney Robert Noe

Mr. Noe was my husband's public defender and had called him and left 12 messages in 2 days without a return call. The day of court my husband once again call saying he is one very hard person to get in touch with Robert answered saying he was really busy and could not talk. Myself and my husband had a lot of questions about his court case and Robert did not have any answers except that doesn't apply and this doesn't apply. Sure he is a public defender but he does not defend any public. He is a HORRIBLE ATTORNEY! My husband would have been better defending himself because this person doesn't return calls or answer any questions. I would not recommend this man to anyone.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
