The first phone call Mr Ammerman was friendly and witty, he said he does financial installments. I emailed him again and asked him to explain in detail about how the finances goes, he said he'll explain more in his office. 3 days later I'm in his office with $500 down payment and I cash app before we got started with the paperwork because he said he was filling Chapter 7 before I left his office that day and that I could take the online credit counseling course in his office and it only takes one hour. I'm a senior citizen. Mr Ammerman ask for all my paperwork and input it in his database. I asked him are you going to contact my debtors for me to paying them? He said you can stop paying them but that he doesn't contact them until I pay him in full Feb 2023! I told him that you said we were filing chapter 7 today and that I could pay down what I owe you. He said that would make him one of my creditors. He had my money by then and I never got it back. He play head game w/blk ppl
