Johnson and Oliver did our Title work for three of the four homes we have purchased. On the last title work, they supposedly found a lien that was in place when we purchased the property. However, the lien was taken care of through previous title insurance when we purchased the house. They wouldn't return our phone calls and the process of refinancing took 4-5 months to complete. They would say they called and left messages for people, but my husband had to get it cleared up. Very Unprofessional
