Hired Attorney Franklin Gerlach

Very successful on my Social Security claim. Very competent and very swift.Claim against the DOE, filed with the Department of Labor, less successful. All of the "leg work" left up to me, no compensation ever paid. I was sent to a doctor, who charged me $350.00 up front to examine me and write a report. The report was delayed due to the doctor ran for President of the United States in 2008. DOL would not recognize the report,and the doctor was later arrested for running a "Pill Mill".

Mrs. Cynthia Gerlach was very helpful to me and help me settle the estate with me having one brother missing and one just passed away.She help me with the court
papers she did not charge me allot of money .

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
