Hired Attorney

Troy recently helped me with a transfer on death deed. My husband recently died so I needed someone I could trust and do a good job for me. Troy completed all the paperwork very quickly and accurately. If you want an attorney that will be compassionate, trustworthy, accurate and efficient I would highly recommend Troy.

I've been a client of Troy D. Nixon since 2018 after he was referred to me via the OSB's referral program. He handled a family law case for an employee of mine, and was able to reverse what other-wise would've been a railroading of a young man by what has traditionally been a subsection of law which favors the mother. I retained Mr. Nixon thereafter. Mr. Nixon has helped me navigate Real Estate. Contract and Business Law, has helped my wife gain sole custody of her eldest daughter, and get an emergency protective order filed. I'm not Mr. Nixon's biggest client - not by any stretch, but as a Realtor specializing in development, I've been in my share of litigation. I've hired (regretfully) the big guys (to my detriment), but Troy is who I trust to have my back. He's protected my interests, business and reputation from threats in ways I haven't considered - and won the day, with professionalism, tact, and knowledge in court. He's saved me time and money. I couldn't ask for more.
