Presentations
Mr. Pulvers has conducted many CLE presentations before a variety of organizations, including the American Bar Association National Conference on Professional Responsibility, Oregon State Bar, Oregon Law Institute, Oregon Appellate Court Judges Association, Federal Bar Association, Multnomah County Bar Association, Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and Portland law firms. The topics of these presentations have included protective orders, mandamus practice, legal ethics, appellate law, election law, state constitutional law, government liability, mandamus practice, protective orders and habeas corpus reform.
Publications
He has also written articles, conducted speeches and panel presentations, and appeared on television concerning the ballot initiative process and drug testing in the workplace.

Mr. Pulvers was a manuscript editor for "Taming the Storm: The Life and Times of Judge Frank M. Johnson Jr. and the South's Fight Over Civil Rights," by Jack Bass (Doubleday, 1993), and research and editorial assistant for "Unlikely Heroes," by Jack Bass (Simon & Schuster, 1981).
