John Alarcon was my attorney for a custody battle I was having regarding my daughters that started in fall of 2024 until May of this year. I have been in and out of court with due to custody battles since 2012. I have had many different attorneys throughout the years. I have ripped off completely by a few and had a lack of representation by others. I have had two attorneys represent me and my daughters that stand out and really fought for me and my girls, out of the two John fought the hardest and was the most strategic and caring. My custody battle was complex due to my kids living in Oregon and I live out of state in Georgia. John won me custody of my daughters but even if I didn’t win this review would not change, John will go out of his was and make sure he does absolutely everything possible for his client so they can get the desired result his clients are seeking. John also does everything he can to keep costs as low as possible.
