After presenting evidence in court the landlord admitted stating, it was a terrible situation( toxic mold) and offered money to relocate. The opposing attorney sat up and glared at Ivan. In his car for my ride home, with no witnesses, Ivan said " I'm dropping your case."It was, in our opinion, he worked for the other side. I was shocked. I was unable to function for days. We were going to win a toxic mold suit against a wealthy landlord which would have helped several poor families whom had suffered many illnesses including brain development deficits. He was horrible. He brought a settlement offer a few days later. We had moved out of the toxic apartment and were living in a shelter without transportation. I felt forced to accept a very small offer just to get an apartment for myself and my children. I was so upset I said I didnt care about the money. Without duscussion, he gave 2/3 to an office person whom said " just wash the mold off"/aspergillus and stachybotrous. This wasn't told
