Hired Attorney Mr. Troy Bundy

Troy Bundy was great--he takes his clients interests to heart and offers clear and effective legal representation in medical law matters (or at least he did with me, and I was really grateful he took on the case since many medical attorneys only handle large malpractice claims and I had a more technical matter)

Hired Attorney Ms. Ruth Hooper

Worst medical defense attorney in Portland. Can't work with people. Places blame on others when she's in the wrong. Ruth J. Hooper depends on everyone around her to do her work for her, then she belittles them in front of others to build herself up. She claims to work part time, but she tries to give instructions to others, usually dictating while she's eating or driving, so impossible to understand, then yells at staff because she's misunderstood. She leaves caseload problems to others while she's on vacation and then complains and criticizes upon her return for no reason. Wouldn't hire her to solve a scratch on my arm.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
