Chip Gazzola was a wonderful ally in my divorce case.

Chip represented me during a 3 year dissolution with many complications and nuances. I was satisfied with the outcome and would recommend him to fathers who are seeking sole custody. That said, he needs to hire another associate because he is oversubscribed.

After my ex partner used Nicole Warren as her lawyer, I think she did a great job compiling our divorce judgment. Nicole had great communication and was very quick for a response.
As per the receptionist LeAnn Kaattari she is lacking common respect for humans. She was very rude to me on multiple accounts. Her composure to be the first interaction for such a reputable law firm is disappointing. She lost my contact information multiple times. She was shows no kindness.

I had a Horrible experience with Nicole Warren. I expressed concern to her in the beginning of the divorce process & she dismissed my concerns & seemed angry that I would even be worried about an impartial judge (first red flag, yet I continued to work with her). To her defense she did explain that the judge on the paperwork was not necessarily the judge that would be presiding over the court room. I felt that the entire time she was more on my ex’s side than mine, that giving my ex more money & what she wanted regardless of what was fair or just was Nicoles go to response (more red flags). Final straw & why you should stay away from Nicole is, I expressed concerns about my ex’s drinking problem getting worse & that she was now drinking & driving with our children in the car. My email “slipped through the cracks" & "If something is pressing or really concerning I can call the office" WOW drinking & driving with children in the car is apparently not really concerning to Nicole RUN AWAY!

He’s not very good. It’s really that simple. He doesn’t care either so that doesn’t help much. He thinks he’s the greatest but he’s a whole lot of talk and quite frankly, he’s an embarrassment .

Hiring Chip was the worst and most painful mistake of my life. My life means nothing to me anymore. I thought life couldn’t ever get worse than living with an abusive demon like my ex. Well it did.... Nobody disputes that Chip did a horrible job on my case. I lost my children and honestly my will to survive. I never thought the life I had could have ever happened. I have always loved children and I even worked in child care for many years. As a child I played with dolls and growing up enjoyed babysitting. I never thought a mother that loves her children could ever lose custody. That just seemed impossible to me. Yet.. here we are. My ex husband actually pointed a gun at me and my son. He had to take one class for being an abuser. I had to take 6 classes as the victim. My ex husband who also threatened to kill me and my unborn child while pregnant got custody. Why?? Money. That’s why. Money and having a lawyer that is a cold heartless piece of garbage. Aka Chip Gazzola.

I never saw a billing statement until the end and it was just a receipt for time. It did not list any information to suggest what was done. I nor my son had much contact with Nicole and she was suppose to be representing him. She ask for but never took statements from witnesses or people who could have added relevant information. My son stopped turning to her for help and instead used his therapist to communicate his needs. After 11 months that she could have helped resolve much earlier he and I were able to move.

The only thing I do like about this office is Leanne. She may come off as unfriendly but she actually has more compassion and patience than anyone else who works there. As far as Chip.. this man will drag you down to the depths of hell on earth. Chip is a broken man but the problem is that his problems become yours. He’s unhappy so why should you be happy??? I think deep down he’s a good man but he needs to retire if he can’t perform his job properly. If your a big fish like Corey expect headlines and the red carpet but if not prepare to pitch a tent because life is going to get really ugly, and unfortunately really sad too. This review may draw some laughs but when you lose a child due to neglect on your case it’s not so funny anymore. I wish nobody not even my worst enemy my pain. Run while you can and just keep running.
