Hired Attorney Mr. David Morse

David is really helpful to me as a owner of a rental income property. When I first contacted him he talked to me at length about a problem I was having with a tenant at no charge. He helped me right away get together legal notices to serve my tenants. I've called him with quick questions here and there since and he always talks to me without "running the clock." He's alot more down to earth than most lawyers I've dealt with in the past. I definitely recommend him to anyone!
