Hired Attorney

Marshall helped me years ago in a lawsuit (we settled to my satisfaction) "on the courthouse steps" so we did a lot of prep work. He helped me three other times with legal matters and I found him to be very bright (bright is better than just smart) kind and compassionate. I think most people would be pleased with his work and I highly recommend him. Thank you, Marshall for being a trustworthy person and a lawyer that the "lawyer jokes" don't apply to.

Hired Attorney

Gave up on a life changing case after decade plus work Wiesner v. Navy. Settled for a fraction of the value of the case which in District Court was completely in the legal arena of Oubre v. Entergy, quitting the day the US Attorney advised the OWBPA applied asking me to sign off on. Not voluntary or informed the coerced signature on a deficient "Agreement" Wiesner v. Navy also did not include OWCP rights to be placed in another position. My 12 year Federal career cut short by ignorance and unwillingness to finish what was started. My "Secret" clearance still as of today active and companies asked for me, Aerotek, commanding $40 per hour as a WG-10 T-3 Pipefitter mechanic, of which $10 of every hour worked is kept by the hiring company. The issue of working in "NAVSEA" spaces never completely defined and jobs at PNS go begging. Now Dec. 2025 the 5 year ban on my applying is expiring. Forced into involuntary retirement. G. Shaheen, cousin to Sen. experiencing same issue.

Hired Attorney

Gave up on my cases after working them since 2008, missed critical information on codes and statutes, I offered 2 cases in support of the ongoing efforts, one SCOTUS-OUBRE v ENTERGY, 1998, and KERR v MSPB 2018-was generously paid but seemed to adopt the position of the opponent and in Violation of Bar rules 1.5 switched to demanding hourly v contingency fees and adopted an artificial max. ceiling amount on another-left me to finish all three cases. Now at Pre-Hearing with Administrative Judge worth 12 years pay and half my pension. MSPB, DOJ, NH District Court-the money needed comes from these.
