Rebecca reviewed all the HOA documents we sent to her as well as a dozen questions we had. When we met with her, she had an in-depth knowledge of them, and it only took an hour for her to explain some of the items in our documents and also answer our dozen questions. While the outcome was not what we had hoped, she seemed to have anticipated that and had searched case studies to answer some of our questions as to what our next step may be.
