The service was performed by one of Hopkinson associates, G.B. Schofield, Jr.,(Hopkinson turned me over to him).I hired Schofield to litigate.Once hired he refused to litigate.I requested an escrow account due to a threat of a lien by the defendants, he refused. The documents we requested were never received nor pursued! His actions contradicted the letters he wrote. While still representing me a lien was placed on my property. He claimed "he knew of the threat, not the lien". I dismissed him!
