In February of 2021, I was in a bad car accident. A good friend of mine, Refered me to Attorney Katherine Sarkisian, from Sarkisian & Sarkisian & Associates. Katie and Erin (Katie’s Paralegal), are Amazing! They are more than just Attorneys, they really care about their clients! Most importantly, they KNOW THEIR STUFF! Both Katie and Erin helped me through one of the toughest times in my life. Not only we’re all my medical expenses paid for, but They also helped to get me the most money in my settlement! Katie Sarkisian has all the skills, knowledge and expertise in this specialized and specific area of law. Throughout my life, I’ve had to hire attorneys when the need arises. My ONLY regret, is that This Attorney Group doesn’t cover every legal aspect that one might encounter in life. If They did, I wouldn’t hire ANY OTHER FIRM for Any Legal matters! Arman failed to subpoena the paper work he claimed he would get for almost two years. After putting a legal brief together for him and all the evidence (Which was solid by the way) he still failed to even file the forms with the court. He continued to tell us he is just about to do it and then one day suddenly changed his tune. He claimed that Trustees in Indiana had no obligation to follow Trustee State law or obey Trust Estate contracts! He actually said that! He also claimed that being on Fentanyl because of cancer doesn't activate that Trust or will. When we continued to talk us into dropping the case we asked him if he had abandoned it. He sent us the case back and when found that he stalled it just long enough for the records to have JUST BEEN DESTROYED BEFORE WE COULD SUBPOENA THEM FOR COURT! He ruined our case and we are out the full $700,000 in funds and damages.
