My mother hired Shauna Lange to help with estate planning. Shauna did a wonderful job of listening closely to my mother's wishes and putting together a will and trust that very accurately conveyed what my mother wanted. After my mother's death, Shauna provided timely and trustworthy advice to our family in carrying out the terms of the trust. We could not have asked for a more skilled or compassionate advisor and attorney. Shauna has an empathy for older clients and her caring attitude makes working with her a true pleasure. I can't recommend her highly enough.
We needed some help to move my father-in-law to a closer nursing home after moving to our new home, plus needed help with two large government checks received in his name after his wife passed away two years earlier. I contacted the state upon receiving both checks. They would have made him ineligible to remain on Medicaid. Shauna made us feel comfortable about the situation in many ways. After she found one of the amounts was placed under a different account number in my father-in-law's name, this was corrected. All funds from both checks were transferred to the proper bank account recognized by the state of Indiana. Shauna also taught me how to properly keep written (typed) records on a monthly basis and to this day has been a friend to us. We actually have felt loved by her. It was a great day in our lives when we were given a business card from a nursing home representative and decided to meet her in her office in Hobart, October, 2019.
I needed Ms. Shauna Lange in a Guardianship case. She seemed to be two or three steps ahead of our opposing lawyer. She answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend her.
