Hired Attorney

This is my 3/4 disability pension attorney and he should be yours as well. Came to this site looking for an estate lawyer but wound up looking him up too and so glad I did as he has no reviews on this site and every MOS should know about him. He not only won my 3/4 Heart Bill case (which my union "attorney" repeatedly told me was un-winnable) but also the 3/4 pension cases of three of my friends in the NYPD (how I heard about him) and several of their friends cases in the FDNY and DOC. He is shrewd, really creative in how he thinks about your case, sincere, and unexpectedly funny. Can't say he made the disability pension process fun, but sitting down with him took me out of my funk (after 4 Art. II denials), gave me hope without candy coating anything, and he ultimately doubled my pension take home pay. He's expensive but he's the BEST 3/4 disability pension lawyer in NYS. If he'll take your case, your chances of getting approved will SKYROCKET. Tell him Jolinda H sent you!
