Mr. Ziffra was very professional and helpful throughout each stage of my car accident. He (and his secretary) were always courteous on the phone and kept me informed of what I needed to do. What I liked the best was that I didn't have to talk to different people each time I called; I dealt with the same secretary each time and spoke to Mr. Ziffra directly. Also, any questions I had about my insurance or doctor's bills, he would take the time to explain the answer in a way I could understand.
