Hired Attorney Nicole M. Winston

I went to Nicole Winston for an auto accident. Nicole was very professional and explained to me all my rights. She made the insurance company pay what I had coming to me. The insurance company tried telling me they did not have to pay me, that was before I hired Nicole Winston. I am sure glad I went to Nicole Winston. She got every dime coming to me. Thank you Nicole for all your help.

Hired Attorney Nicole M. Winston

I needed an attorney to help me with an insurance company who thought that they could get out of paying money owed to me and my family due to an auto accident and attendant care pay. When I ask around to friends and family about what attorney to hire Nicole Winston's name came up several times. So, I called her, and man was I glad I did. Nicole Winston was great to deal with, she knew how to handle the insurance company, and she won my case hands down. I was very pleased with Nicole Winston's knowledge of the law and how she worked with me to get results fast. Nicole Winston always kept in touch with me during the whole process and kept me updated. I would recommend Nicole Winston to anyone looking for an honest hard-working attorney that gets results. She is 5 stars all the way as far as me and my family are concerned. Nicole was wonderful to work with. She always returned phone calls in a timely manner and kept us up to date on how our case was proceeding. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
