Hired Attorney Robert Nickerson

Mr. Nickerson was my divorce attorney. During the proceedings, my now former husband was very slow to respond and hired an attorney at the last minute. Mr. Nickerson knew how to keep this divorce proceeding moving forward and in my favor.

Hired Attorney Robert Nickerson

Excellent attorney and knowledgeable staff. I really appreciated Mr. Nickerson's attention to detail and compassion in helping me with my will. Mr. Nickerson guided my family away from an expensive estate plan and into a streamlined noncourt program which saved us thousands now and will save our children thousands after we are gone. He explains everything in wonderfully understandable examples. His office is convenient with no stairs to climb. Would highly recommend!

Hired Attorney Robert Nickerson

This guy may look like a nice old man he is a crook charged me 2000 on a lawsuit before we even got to court he ate the retainer up charge 1 hour to explaine charge me 2 hours to re explain to his secretary. And tried to charge me 560 to postpone case because he couldn't make it . This guy is no better than the criminals he used to prosecute. Cost 2000 and didn't even have I court date. I had to hire another att to get job done . Run far and fast

Hired Law Firm

I hired Mr. Nickerson to file a quiet title action for me in August of 2017. Was told it would take around 3 months. I have called for updates and requested calls back numerous times and have received nothing. Retainer fee was taken right away and other than a few mailings I received after calling and leaving messages, I have received zero response. Have NEVER spoken to Mr. Nickerson after the initial consultation, only his secretary who says she will forward the message. Terrible service.
