The staff was extremely prepared to handle all aspects of my car accident case. I was impressed that I was actually able to have direct communication with Michael Hostilo on several occasions, each time he was able to clearly outline the strategy for attacking the insurance company for the damages caused. I have sent several family members and friends to his firm. The commercials come off cheesy, but once you have the opportunity to speak with his staff you will be impressed!!

Hired Attorney Mr. Michael Hostilo

Very dissatisfied with quality of service. He should spend less time making "rap" video commercials to attract clients and more time making sure his staff is returning clients calls in a timely manner- regardless if their case is a "big money" case or one where someone basically wants to get their car fixed and something for pain and suffering! After all this I still never got my car fixed- 3 yrs after my accident and the lawyer got slightly less than I did after settlement, $257 WOW

He is very dishonest. When I was told if they made more off my lawsuit then I did they would lower thier percentage I should have known something wasn't right. He found a way to keep 80 percent of my settlement and forced me to settle because he said it would take years to go to court in Atlanta. He submitted altered paperwork claiming a notary was present when I was the only one in the building. This is all on record in Atlanta with the board that regulates the legal profession.
