I would recommend Monica highly as your attorney. She is so knowledgable about all areas of Family Law, especially Divorce. Her strategic thinking and professionalism are her strengths when you are faced with stressful and difficult situations. She works hard, communicates well and prepares you for each step in the legal process. She is passionate about Law and has compassion for her clients. I feel very confident having her represent me in court and know she is always prepared -she is the best!

Monica Salis is an EXCELLENT attorney! I have used her services myself and she has continued to represent various members of my family as well as several friends. She works hard to reach an amicable resolution and exhausts all efforts to settle the case without long and drawn out court hearings while maintaining her professionalism and candor. would continue to recommend her highly to anyone in need of a Family Law attorney!

DO NOT HIRE HER!..She will steal your money and bully you!!.My fiance's family wasted $14,000 in 6 months on a relocation case that she said was very easy. She had a very poor performance and even made me cry with her bullying and rude attitude. She lied to us, making it seem she had a plan. Then she completly flipped on the day before the court, trying to force me to sign a settlemen that was NOT what we hired her for and threatening me that if I went going to the court the judge would be mad a

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
