Marie Pulte handled my recent divorce. I cannot say how much I appreciated the hard work, diligence, and compassion from Marie! I am an Army Veteran with service connected disabilities, including Military Sexual Trauma, and I was divorcing a man who was still in the Army, Active Duty. Marie took the time to ensure that I understood every step of the process, and was endlessly patient with all of my questions and concerns. Marie was deeply compassionate, working hard to ensure that our minor daughter was going to be well supported by both myself and her father. My daughter’s wellbeing was at the forefront of everything that Marie did during this divorce process, as it should be! Marie was able to seamlessly help me work toward agreement while my ex was halfway across the country on orders, even accommodating for time changes, and sometimes working after hours. I feel cheated that I only have 1000 characters in which to describe the amazing service I received from Marie!!!
Marie was referred to me from a friend who went through a divorce -- and Marie represented his spouse but he was so impressed with Marie he recommended her to me. Marie was exceptional--divorce took 2+ years, and eventually went to trial. She fully explained what I should expect and the process, and was pretty spot-on all the way through. Her knowledge, preparation and attention to detail was outstanding. Great at trial, great dealing with judge, overall could not have been happier.
Be very careful if using this person as a mediator in your divorce case. She does not follow Michigan procedures when there is domestic violence and abuse involved in your situation. She will let opposing personnel with lack of substantiating documentation and evidence make any claim they want and then threaten you with the “wraith of the judge” if you happen to make more money than the other person. I am severely disgusted in her unethical and unprofessional manner.
