Phillips Law Offices A Professional Corporation is a law firm established in 1989 with an office in Pleasanton, CA. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing probate, wills, trusts and estates taxation and 57 other areas of law.
Jim has helped my mother, my family, and me for many years. He knows the law but, perhaps more importantly, he knows how to communicate the key issues in a way that normal people can understand. He has helped me with my own estate planning and with setting up trusts for my mother. After she passed away, Jim was critical in helping me deal with her estate. Simply put, he is a great counselor and advisor. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
