About Jordanne Spencer

Jordanne Alana Spencer is a Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office. She practices in the area of fraud litigation, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), insurance coverage and carrier representation, SIU insurance fraud defense and general civil litigation.

Ms. Spencer earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Florida International University. During law school, Ms. Spencer was a member of the Florida International University Moot Court Team and Treasurer of the Women’s Law Society.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Spencer worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida. During her time as an Assistant State Attorney, Ms. Spencer was a lead prosecutor in the Felony Trial unit. She also tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases to jury verdict.
