About Ryan M. Tutera

The Law Office of Ryan M. Tutera is an innovative law firm based on the time tested principles of dedication and hard work. Our Pittsburgh criminal defense firm is committed to serving the needs of our clients in Pennsylvania and throughout the United States.

The legal process is complex and daunting. Attorney Ryan M. Tutera is an experienced former prosecutor who has the skills and knowledge to help you navigate through the legal process and provide you with the most effective representation.

Our firm was founded by attorney Ryan M. Tutera, who always had an interest in the concepts of justice, freedom and liberty. He wanted to help people accused of state and federal crimes who seemingly have the odds stacked up against them.

Before becoming a defense lawyer, Mr. Tutera was an assistant district attorney of Allegheny County for five years. He has tried hundreds of jury and nonjury cases on both sides, which gives him insight into how the government builds a prosecution — and how to defend against it. He has earned the respect and trust of former clients, judges and colleagues, and has represented clients in cases that received local, statewide and national attention.

Hired Attorney

Living in a small town and never having to have an attorney one thing I did know was the lawyers in this and surroundings areas work together and with law instead of working for their client .I needed someone that knew the law, determined to prove false allegations and to regain my dignity back, that he did! His presence alone when he walks into a room shows that he is respected and ready to go to war for his clients. He will not accept anything except fairness. Very Professional and knows the law No lawyer can tell you they will win the case but if he has the facts and laws that back up the facts, rest assured he's confident in his abilities to prove someone's innocence. I highly recommend Ryan, he fights for you.

Hired Attorney

Me and my family hired Mr. Tutera to represent my grandson. Mr. Tutera was a bleblessing from God to say the least. The process was a long haul, but he remained right with me and my family every step and the way. His sincerity was evident and he was honest every step of the way. The trust we grew to have for this young man was something that came in knowing he was a believer of God and made that known. He was such a blessing to my family and not only was determined but successful in making things work out on my grandson behalf. I was forever be thankful and grateful for Mr. Tutera. I would certainly recommend him every time. Honesty and integrity go a long way. That is truly what Mr. Tutera is. Thank You Jesus.
