Phoebe A. Gilmore is an attorney in our Pittsburgh office, specializing in civil litigation. She has experience in diverse array of practice areas, prominently including personal injury, professional negligence, premises liability, and insurance coverage matters.
Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Phoebe gained invaluable experience as an attorney at a distinguished insurance defense firm in Pittsburgh. This experience has given her a keen understanding of insurance companies and their approach to defending personal injury claims and cases.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh, Phoebe’s exceptional merit was acknowledged through a full-tuition scholarship to Penn State Law. During her tenure, she showcased her legal acumen as an oralist for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court team. She also assisted underprivileged clients through her involvement in Penn State Law’s Family Law Clinic and served as a research assistant, delving into the nuanced domain of health law, with a specific focus on the regulation of state-funded methadone clinics. Notably, Phoebe embarked on significant internships with Elliot Group and Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, honing her skills in regulatory compliance and corporate affairs.
